As a Permanent Industrial Maintenance Specialist in the Manufacturing sector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our production operations. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of industrial machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of machinery and systems, preventing deterioration of facilities.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in HVAC or building maintenance technology is advantageous.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role.
3. Familiarity with general maintenance practices and techniques.
4. Proficient in using tools and understanding common appliances.
5. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
6. Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as schematics.
7. Ability to interpret complex electrical and mechanical diagrams.
8. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
9. Good physical condition and readiness to work overtime when necessary.
10. Strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
