We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our group in providing high-quality outpatient care.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in examining patients, obtaining medical histories, and treating acute and chronic illnesses. They will also be responsible for ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with patients and their family members.

In this role, you will conduct visits in the office and hospital settings, initiate specialty referrals as needed, and work collaboratively with management, other physicians, and staff to improve care delivery and service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Examine patients and obtain detailed medical histories
  2. Treat acute and chronic illnesses with a focus on preventive care
  3. Order and perform diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging procedures
  4. Create personalized treatment plans and involve patients and their families in decision-making
  5. Initiate specialty referrals when necessary
  6. Conduct patient visits in office and hospital settings

Based on industry standards and national averages, we estimate that the annual salary range for this position is approximately $140,000-$180,000. This figure takes into account factors such as experience level, location, and qualifications.
