Job Description

CannaHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to assess, evaluate, diagnose (when necessary), and certify patients for Medical Marijuana. The nurse will work in multiple locations, including New Haven, Hartford, and Milford.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine medical necessity for Medical Marijuana certification
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Diagnose and treat patients as needed
