**Job Summary**

Continuum Rehab Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager/ Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Mississippi. As a key member of our Therapy Team, you will provide essential clerical support to the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure seamless communication between staff members, patients, patient families, physicians, nurses, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize strong computer skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and other documents.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Therapy Team to ensure seamless delivery of rehabilitation services.

Requirements

  • **Essential Qualifications**
  • Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
