About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and disciplined individual to join our team as a Default Servicing Phone Agent. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and facilitate loan payment schedules for customers.
  • Follow up on loan repayment agreements.
  • Analyze and determine future disposition of customer's account.
  • Verify and document all applicable information into collection system.
  • Attempt to negotiate payments via expedited payment methods.
  • Handle all situations in a professional, ethical manner.
  • Escalate special situations or problems, as necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus – ability to communicate proficiently in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of email and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
