Job Summary

Matrix Providers is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, CA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to our military heroes and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans for patients and their families.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to address a range of mental health and social issues.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Participate in professional peer review case conferences and contribute to research studies and other organizational initiatives.
  • Deliver brief consultation-based services to patients and primary care physicians, providing timely and succinct feedback on consultation findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a fully accredited program by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted U.S. state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker independently and unsupervised.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing clinical competency as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW/LISW).
