We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Care Specialist to join our team in providing essential support services to families within the community. As an integral part of our outreach efforts, this role will be responsible for conducting home visits and fostering strong relationships with local families.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with at least three years of experience working with young children and their families. This individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive family information.



Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular home visits to assess the needs of families and provide guidance on child development and parenting techniques.
  2. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal outcomes for children and families.
  3. Develop and implement individualized plans that address the unique needs of each family.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory standards.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience working with young children and their families.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR, Food Handlers certification, and tribal insurance eligibility.


Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending plan options, 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, and 11 days of paid holidays.
