Position Overview:

As a Field Marketing Associate at LMK Recruiting, you will be responsible for scheduling free estimates with our Design Consultants, who will then create customized designs tailored to each homeowner's needs. This role is centered around building relationships and generating interest, not hard sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residential homeowners to schedule free estimates with our Design Consultants.
  • Canvass neighborhoods to identify potential clients and discuss their remodeling needs and vision.
  • Attend local home shows, fairs, and other relevant events to connect with homeowners.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, focusing on exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Utilize company technology platforms, including tablets and necessary software, efficiently.

What We Offer:
