As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and arranging products in a way that meets customer needs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience by providing them with a well-organized and inviting shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create seasonal display features that meet customer needs
  • Move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

  • Competitive hourly wage of $14 - $21 per hour
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Our Woodbridge location is a Walmart Supercenter, offering a wide range of products and services to our customers.
