POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of this role is to safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, activities, and emergency situations as required. You will adhere to all safety regulations and policies. Additionally, you will perform duties as a floor technician.
Your responsibilities will include cleaning floors and maintaining both interior and exterior community areas, ensuring a positive environment for residents under the guidance of your supervisor.
Education & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficient communication skills in English, with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- A valid driver’s license in good standing, with a minimum age requirement of twenty-five (25) years.
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours based on job requirements.
- Compliance with local health regulations and successful completion of post-employment physical exams, including drug screening and background checks.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and their families, while working cooperatively with other staff members.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
Prior experience relevant to the role is preferred.
CNA Preferred Shift and Wage:
Full-Time positions available. Shifts required: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Wage: $15.00 per hour.
