Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Assistant Manager at our retail locations. Become an integral part of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager or Manager-in-Charge with various operational tasks and overall store management.
- Oversee daily operations, including sorting donations, pricing items, displaying merchandise, maintaining sales records, and managing clothing requisitions.
- Supervise and guide team members.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Facilitate required training sessions for staff.
Work Schedule:
- Availability to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Shifts will vary according to store needs.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and meet driving standards.
- Pre-employment drug screening, credit, and background checks will be conducted.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as necessary for job performance. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
