Key Responsibilities
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

We are seeking an accomplished Program Delivery Director to lead our program delivery efforts at Kelvion Products Inc. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and launch of customer projects. This will involve meeting with internal and external stakeholders to review project plans, coordinating with different teams and departments regarding timelines, budgets, KPI, and other key elements to the project. You will also be responsible for building relationships to enhance the customer experience. In this role, you will ensure that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements. You will create, manage, and distribute project communications artifacts like charters, schedules, and budget. You will provide project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders and ensure adherence to legally binding requirements. You will also participate and lead meetings with customers, establish key project criteria metrics, and establish lessons learned and review with all departments to prevent repeat occurrences. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the team, as well as resolving team conflicts, and ensuring proper risk management by documenting all risks and employing an effective mitigation strategy. Additionally, you will have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, solid technical understanding, and the ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. And lastly, you will have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
