We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custodian Supervisor to join our team at Cobb County School District. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our school's custodial program.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of custodial staff to ensure a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our school community.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of school facilities, including equipment and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation of our school facilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall mission and goals of Cobb County School District.
- Minimum one year of experience in custodial supervision or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
This is a full-time position, working a standard shift schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
