Key Responsibilities:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for the ethical use of AI technologies and represent Prudential Financials at industry forums and thought leadership events.
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data science.
Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, their ethical implications, and the regulatory landscape.
Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies and policies at an organizational level.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
