We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at The Oaks at Battle Creek. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the nutritional and dietary needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prep and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus
  • Adjust recipes as necessary to meet residents' nutritional and age-specific needs
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure the kitchen is ready for scheduled serving times
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to prevent foodborne illness
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in the foodservice industry preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
