Nurse Advocate

Clarvida - Georgia is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a member of the ACT team. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with adult clients, advocating for their medical needs and providing comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nursing assessments and health histories
- Monitor and care for clients, consulting with them and their family supports
- Provide education on medication administration and health issues
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of one year of work experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting
- Valid Georgia Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Clean Criminal Background Check
