At GXO Logistics, we're seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff and provide training and coaching to improve performance
  • Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate an understanding of our company quality policy
  • Ensure compliance with import and export regulations
  • Handle or manage tools or equipment
  • Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
  • Working knowledge and experience with import and export regulations is preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
