As a Restoration Operations Manager, you will represent the SERVPRO brand, demonstrating our dedication to delivering exceptional service by efficiently coordinating, supervising, and executing project tasks to fulfill service standards and guarantee client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating production workflows
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards

Additional Duties:

Position Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) required

Skills and Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to work at various heights and in confined spaces
  • Familiarity with handling cleaning agents
