  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the optimal performance of machinery.
  • Record Production Data: Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Ensure Safety Protocols: Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working with automated machinery is preferred.
  • Lifting Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Respirator Use: Must be able to wear a respirator (must be clean-shaven EVERY SHIFT).
  • Physical Exam: Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical exam.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Shift Work: Ability to work overnight shifts on a 2,2,3 schedule, including every other weekend.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Overtime: Ability to work overtime.
