We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Acute Rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver individualized care to patients with complex medical needs, including those who have experienced a stroke, traumatic brain injury, or other traumatic physical injury.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including speech, physical, and occupational therapy professionals, to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies, utilizing evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Utah.
- Experience in acute rehabilitation or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
