We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Director to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our home health branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and support clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and home health aides, to ensure delivery of quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and the AVP of Operations and Finance to establish branch revenue and budget goals.
- Conduct regular quality improvement meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and implement changes to improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to meet admission goals and grow the business.
- Current RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in home health or hospice.
- Outstanding leadership skills with experience motivating, educating, and supporting staff.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- EMR proficiency, prior Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
CenterWell Home Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $84,600 - $116,300 per year, and a bonus incentive plan. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, time off, and more.
