As a Cardiac Surgical RN Resident, you'll work closely with our experienced nursing team to provide high-quality patient care. You'll have the opportunity to develop your critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and you'll be supported every step of the way by our comprehensive training program.
What You'll Do- Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
- Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers
- Document patient care in a timely and thorough manner
- Administer medications and monitor patient response
- Teach patients and families about their medical conditions and treatment plans

Qualifications- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
