In the role of Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all facets of assigned restoration projects and supervising restoration teams. This pivotal management position is essential for driving operational excellence within the team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate project scopes and prepare estimates using advanced software and technology
  • Schedule and coordinate teams and resources to ensure effective service delivery on active projects, including subcontractors
  • Review documentation related to job sites to validate services rendered and ensure compliance with client requirements and billing processes
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives
  • Oversee production costs related to equipment, vehicles, and other materials

Additional Responsibilities
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction, monitored through online feedback
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of restoration team members

Position Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role
  • At least 3 years of experience in the restoration industry
  • IICRC certification is preferred

Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at heights, as well as in confined spaces
  • Proficient in repetitive physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents
  • Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
