Veterinary Neurologist

Position Summary

BluePearl Vet, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Neurologist to join our team. As a key member of our neurology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our team of veterinarians and support staff to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial client consultations to review medical history, perform physical examinations, and recommend diagnostics or surgical procedures.
Provide owners with estimates of charges and obtain informed consent.
Communicate effectively with owners and referring primary care veterinarians at all phases of patient care, including updates on finances and revisions to estimates.

Education and Experience

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or foreign equivalent accepted.
Completion of a rotating veterinary internship and a veterinary neurology residency program.
Board certification by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) or eligibility for certification within two years of start date.
Active veterinarian license in the state of Texas.

Salary and Benefits
