The Won't Stop Operations Busser plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring a seamless and efficient dining environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, the Busser is responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, while providing top-notch service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Clear tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
  • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and surrounding areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Reset tables to the Won't Stop Operations standard, ensuring a consistent and polished look.
  • Develop a customer-focused mindset, prioritizing guest needs and providing assistance whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with the service team to maintain a well-organized and efficient service environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the host/hostess to ensure seamless table progression and maintain a smooth flow of service.
  • Assist servers with pre-bussing and maintaining stocked server stations throughout the shift.
  • Support the back-of-house team by retrieving clean items and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to the Won't Stop Operations employee handbook and maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.
