Position: Residential Care Provider at Meritan, Inc.
Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of others? Meritan, Inc., a nonprofit organization specializing in health and social services, is seeking a dedicated Contract Residential Care Provider to become part of their Residential Services team.
In this position, you will offer care and assistance to individuals aged 18 and older facing various challenges, both within your residence and in the community. This role is particularly suitable for those looking for a shift from traditional nursing environments. Compensation includes monthly room and board, in addition to a daily stipend for the care provided.
Key Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
- All household members over 18 must successfully pass a background check
- Basic computer proficiency and eagerness to learn new software
- Able to assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, hygiene, meal preparation, and general support
