We are seeking a highly skilled NICE InContact Specialist to join our team as a CX Configuration Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing NICE InContact solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and implement NICE InContact solutions for clients
- Design and develop complex call center environments
- Develop and maintain call flow diagrams and content for Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Collaborate with technical staff to ensure successful project implementation
- Provide excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in NICE InContact configuration and implementation
- Expertise in NICE InContact contact center services
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with common programming languages such as JavaScript, Node, Python, and Java
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8+ years of project management experience in the Contact Center Services area
- Experience with Genesys, Cisco, and IVR technologies
- Expertise in Genesys, Cisco, AWS, Avaya, Aspect, and NICE technologies
- Enhanced Unified Communications or telecommunications knowledge
