About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled NICE InContact Specialist to join our team as a CX Configuration Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing NICE InContact solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement NICE InContact solutions for clients
  • Design and develop complex call center environments
  • Develop and maintain call flow diagrams and content for Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
  • Collaborate with technical staff to ensure successful project implementation
  • Provide excellent client relationship management and communication skills
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in NICE InContact configuration and implementation
  • Expertise in NICE InContact contact center services
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with common programming languages such as JavaScript, Node, Python, and Java
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills
  • 8+ years of project management experience in the Contact Center Services area
  • Experience with Genesys, Cisco, and IVR technologies
  • Expertise in Genesys, Cisco, AWS, Avaya, Aspect, and NICE technologies
  • Enhanced Unified Communications or telecommunications knowledge
