Job Summary
Description: H2 Health is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Atlantic Sports and Rehabilitation outpatient clinic in Charlottesville, VA.

As an Occupational Therapist with H2 Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and evaluate and treat physical, cognitive, and/or developmental disabilities to help them develop, recover, and/or maintain skills necessary for everyday activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and/or developmental disabilities to help them develop, recover, and/or maintain skills necessary for everyday activities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for managing disabilities and promoting independence.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Occupational Therapy is preferred, but don't worry if you're a new grad - we welcome you too.
  • Qualifications: Eligible or active state license to practice Occupational Therapy.
