Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team at Toyota Universe. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring accurate and efficient ordering and delivery of parts, and maintaining a high level of inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting required parts, providing expert knowledge and recommendations to ensure the right parts are ordered.
  • Process and fulfill orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all parts are correctly tagged and delivered to the body shop.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, notifying the parts manager of any out-of-stock parts or shop materials that require immediate attention.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and body shop personnel to ensure seamless ordering and delivery processes.
  • Locate and procure out-of-stock parts from external sources, submitting emergency orders as necessary.
  • Provide high-level service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy. Experience in a parts department or similar environment is highly desirable.
