Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Echo Technologist to join our team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a Diagnostic Echo Medical Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by physicians. Your day-to-day activities will ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures using ultrasound technology
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Operate imaging equipment, including ultrasound machines and other diagnostic tools
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and results
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Diagnostic Echo Medical Sonography Program
  • ARDMS or CCI registration or eligibility
  • American Heart BLS certification
  • One year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
