We are seeking a skilled Echo Technologist PRN to join our team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job SummaryThe Echo Technologist PRN will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by physicians, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment. You will serve as a role model and clinical resource for the staff, responding in a timely manner to requests for information or follow-up with physician, staff or patient issues.
Responsibilities- Perform imaging procedures ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
- Graduate of a Diagnostic Echo Medical Sonography Program.
- ARDMS or CCI registration or eligibility, to be obtained within 6 months.
- American Heart BLS obtained/maintained according to hospital policy.
- One year experience preferred.
TriStar Summit Medical Center is a 200-bed comprehensive facility serving Davidson, Wilson, and surrounding counties. We offer a full array of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation, and women's services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and a Primary Stroke Center.
