We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick and Rahway. As a Registered Nurse with DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of clinical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse with DaVita, you will be responsible for providing dialysis treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, as well as supporting the healthcare team in the hospital setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient vital signs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and identify potential complications or concerns
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
