About This Role:

At Rowan, we're revolutionizing the ear piercing experience by combining top-notch clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere. As a Piercing Studio Nurse, you'll leverage your nursing expertise to provide safe, clean, and joyful ear piercings. Your role is all about building trust and excitement, turning each piercing into a fun and memorable milestone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Create magical experiences by combining clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
  • Studio Support: Collaborate with the Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly and foster a joyful atmosphere.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Ensure all piercing stations are stocked with necessary supplies and ready for customer needs.
  • Studio Operations: Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines to ensure a sanitary and safe piercing experience.
  • Sales: Educate customers on Rowan After Care and promote healing.
What We're Looking For:
  • Active RN or LPN/LVN License
  • Professional and engaging customer care approach
  • Warm, friendly, team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excited to create celebratory experiences for customers
  • Skilled in providing technical and non-technical information to customers
  • Interest in working in a retail environment with sales goals
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
