About the Role

CoolSys is a leading provider of indoor environment solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Refrigeration and HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and HVAC systems in commercial settings.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems in commercial settings
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and inefficiencies
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC
  • Equivalent passing grade on Tek Skills Level 3 test
  • Experience working on refrigeration equipment in convenience stores or supermarkets a strong plus
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Emergency on-call availability required
