Clean and maintain the leasing office, clubhouse, and common-area restrooms, as well as model(s), amenities, and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.



**Responsibilities:**



* Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.


* Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager, and/or Assistant Manager.


* Inform the appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.


* Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary.



**Requirements:**



* Prior housekeeping experience



**Additional Requirements:**



* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team


* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
