Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Specialist to join our team at Design Tanks. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient manufacture of our tanks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review production schedules and ensure all necessary resources are available to meet production targets.
  • Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
  • Manage and implement automation and robotics solutions to enhance production efficiency.
  • Assist with quality control throughout the manufacturing process to ensure high-quality products.
  • Assist with managing production throughput and lead times.
  • Support the manufacturing team in leading their areas and implementing best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new manufacturing methods and procedures.
  • Consult with the manufacturing team to resolve questions and misunderstandings.
  • Consult with quality control to ensure the correctness of products.

Requirements:

  • Must have a strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing concepts.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

or

  • 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.

Compensation:

$22 per hour.
