Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and interpret complex data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for IT strategy and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and customer experience.
- Design and implement performance measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of Information Services' initiatives, projects, and processes.
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends, anticipate challenges, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within Information Services.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business (economics or finance preferred), or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in a client-facing environment interacting with senior and executive leadership at the department and organization level.
- Highly prefer 8+ years of progressive experience working with Information Technology Operating Models or Healthcare Operations.
A competitive salary range of $104,000 - $186,160 per year reflects the market value of this key role in driving strategic decision-making and optimizing processes within Information Services.
