We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Principal Operational Strategy Advisor to join our Strategic Technology and Transformation Office.

This role plays a vital part in utilizing data and business acumen to improve strategic decision-making and optimize operational processes within the Information Services department.

The ideal candidate will analyze complex data, develop insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Design and conduct studies using advanced empirical methods or mixed quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment
  • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in client-facing environment interacting with senior and executive leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work collaboratively in team environment and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
