Aequor is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining medical imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain medical imaging equipment, including ultrasound machines and other diagnostic imaging devices.
- Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, including ultrasound images, X-rays, and other medical images.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques to provide the highest level of patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
- ARRT certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
- 1-2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
