Mid-Level Environmental Geologist or Scientist

This position will provide a mid-level geologist or scientist to support various environmental assessment and remediation projects. The successful candidate will work on due diligence, report preparation, and environmental field work, with an estimated 25% of time spent on field work and travel.
Key Responsibilities- Assume a lead and supporting technical role for projects, including report writing, generation of figures, tables, and database management.
- Perform investigations at CERCLA, RCRA, and Petroleum Sites, and collect soil and water samples using various sampling techniques.
- Plan and coordinate directly with subcontractors and field personnel, and assume supporting roles in proposals and marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in geology or environmental science is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of directly related professional experience and/or training in environmental assessment and remediation.
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
- Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a desire to establish a career in environmental consulting.
