Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the renal transplant program and contribute to its continued growth and development.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient program operations.
- Participate in the training of surgical residents and contribute to clinical research initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Board certification in general surgery or urology.
- Fellowship training in an ASTS accredited abdominal transplantation program.
- Proven leadership and program building experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
