Experience the Thrill of Teaching Skiing and Snowboarding

At Stevens Pass Mountain Resort, we're seeking certified ski or snowboard instructors to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a member of our ski school team, you'll have the opportunity to share your passion for winter sports with guests of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to ensure a fun and safe learning environment
  • Provide world-class guest service, delivering exceptional experiences to all guests
  • Support ski school operations, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Offer guest feedback to inspire and create lifelong skiers and riders
Requirements:
  • Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
