Job Summary

D.H. Griffin Companies is seeking an experienced CDL A driver to transport heavy equipment and oversized loads with a Lowboy/Tandem Axle Rollback/Flatbed CDL Driver and occasionally, tractor trailer loads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a late model fleet of Peterbilt trucks to transport company equipment to job sites
  • Meet safety and regulatory requirements, including a clean MVR and TWIC card for entry into power plants and government installations
  • Collaborate with the construction and demolition team to ensure timely and efficient transportation of equipment
  • Participate in a positive company culture that values safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • CDL A permit required
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience and a safe working ethic
  • Experience operating in a construction or demolition environment a plus
  • Ability to pass a background test and drug screening that meets DOT requirements
