Key Responsibilities- Supervise Electrical Installations: Ensure the safe and efficient installation of electrical systems throughout all project phases, including power distribution, rough-in, trim, finish work, and final inspections.
- Project Management: Manage the installation, modification, and repair of electrical systems and equipment for large commercial and multifamily projects.
- Documentation Review: Analyze project documents, drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications to plan work activities and field installations in alignment with project schedules.
- Resource Coordination: Organize project work, ensuring the availability of materials, tools, and equipment to adhere to construction timelines.
- Administrative Duties: Complete essential paperwork, including material requests, time sheets, and safety reports.

- Experience Requirement: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on commercial electrical construction projects.
- Budget Management: Proven track record of completing multi-million dollar projects within budget and on schedule.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of NEC, local building codes, industry standards, and job site safety regulations.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with the operation of various tools and equipment, including wire tuggers, conduit benders, lifts, and excavators.
- Professional Communication: Ability to interact and communicate effectively with management, support staff, field personnel, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, as required to meet project deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Capable of evaluating information and analyzing issues logically to develop effective solutions.
- Hands-On Work: Prepared to engage in hands-on tasks as necessary.
- Budget Adherence: Must consistently bring projects in at or below labor budgets.
- Certifications: Master Electrician License and 30 Hour OSHA Certification required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
