Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, including medication management and treatment protocols.
  • Monitor and record patient condition, communicating with the care team as needed.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and nutrition.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.

Requirements:
  • NV RN license
  • Associate degree in nursing or higher
