  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
  • Document patient care and communicate effectively with the care team, physician, patient, and family.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
  • Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, and referral needs.
  • Evaluate patient learning needs and provide education on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
  • Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
Requirements:
  • NV RN license
  • Associate degree in nursing or higher
  • BLS from the American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications include 1 year of experience working in a similar setting.
