Otolaryngology Specialist

Position Overview

This is a full-time opportunity to spearhead an Otolaryngology practice within a prominent multispecialty healthcare organization.

Role Responsibilities

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist who will enhance ENT services, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional outcomes as a leading figure in Central Pennsylvania.

As part of a collaborative group of three ENT surgeons, you will have access to comprehensive services and facilities, including a level one trauma center, a dedicated cancer institute, and a state-of-the-art proton therapy center.

Your role will encompass oversight of all facets of care delivery, with opportunities for clinical research. You will be expected to exhibit leadership capabilities, fostering personal and team accountability, driving performance enhancement, and contributing to a high-reliability organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Medicine (Allopathic/Osteopathic)
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology fellowship
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
