Position Overview

This is a full-time opportunity to oversee an Otolaryngology practice within a prominent multispecialty medical organization.

Role Summary

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist dedicated to enhancing ENT services, ensuring high-quality care, and achieving exceptional outcomes as a leading figure in Central Pennsylvania.

Become part of a collaborative group of three ENT surgeons at Lancaster General Health, which boasts facilities such as a level one trauma center, a comprehensive cancer institute, and a state-of-the-art proton therapy center.

This role entails overseeing all facets of care delivery, with opportunities for clinical research, while demonstrating the necessary leadership skills, activities, and behaviors to foster personal and team accountability, performance enhancement, and a culture of high reliability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine (Allopathic/Osteopathic)
• Completion of an accredited fellowship in Otolaryngology
• Eligibility to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible status
