Key Responsibilities
  • Clear tables of dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware, and sanitize the tables and surrounding areas.
  • Set tables with clean linens, condiments, and other needed supplies.
  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes for cleaning.
  • Help to restock kitchen with plates and other needed supplies.
  • Maintain the dining room, including cleaning and organizing the area.
  • Assist bartenders in cleaning glassware, removing bus tubs, and stocking the bar.
Requirements
  • Previous knowledge of food service regulations is preferred.
  • Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position.
  • Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
