Compensation and Benefits

Our ophthalmology practice offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of up to $340K+ production, a productivity-based incentive plan, and a sign-on bonus of $10k-$15k. Responsibilities and Facility Details

As a pediatric ophthalmology specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eye care to children. Our practice is busy, with a current volume of patients that are booked out 3-4 months in advance. You will work in a 95% clinical practice setting, with a schedule of 4 x 8-hour shifts per week, including one day of surgery. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including OCT-Sirrus 5000, Fundus Camera, and Auto Refractor. We have a great support staff, including scribes, techs, and exam rooms.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a BC or truly Board Eligible ophthalmology specialist with a strong background in pediatric eye care. You must become BC in the specialty within 5 years of completing your residency/fellowship. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing high-quality care to children.
